Where is the item located?
Timing matters, calmly
Most Polish airports keep found items for about 30 to 90 days before they are transferred or disposed of. There is no need to panic — but filing your claim early gives us the best chance of matching your item while it is still on site.

Items left in the terminal — security, gates, shops or restrooms — are collected by the airport's lost property office. Items left on board belong to the airline and are handled by the carrier or its ground handling company. We contact the right party for you, in Polish, so nothing gets lost between them.
Yes. We ship worldwide with tracked couriers. Inside the EU no customs formalities apply. For destinations outside the EU we prepare the customs paperwork as a returned personal item; any duties charged by your local authority are paid on delivery.
Filing a claim is free. You pay for shipping and return handling only after the item has been located and confirmed. Prices with VAT are shown on the rates screen before you commit.

Then the airline is responsible, not the airport. Tell us your flight number and seat and we will contact the carrier and its handling agent at the Polish airport on your behalf.
Yes. A reference number from the airport or police speeds things up, but it is optional. A precise description, the area of the airport and the date are usually enough for us to start.
